With over two decades as a certified executive leadership coach and consultant, Joy Glasser has partnered with corporate clients and individuals across the creative and medical professions. Her clients have included C-suite executives and senior personnel at Godiva Chocolate, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Politico, Simon & Schuster, Catapult Publishing, as well as physicians at nationally recognized health care systems, including Allina Health, the Mayo Clinic, Hennepin County Medical Center in Minnesota and Legacy Health in Oregon.

The founder of Glasser Group, Inc., Joy holds a Masters in Teaching from Hamline University in St. Paul and a B.F.A. in Film Production from New York University. She is a trained Qualified Administrator with the International Development Inventory (IDI), guiding clients to develop their intercultural awareness. Joy also serves on the Steering Committees at Allina Health and The Penny George Institute for Health and Healing

Joy’s coaching enables high-achieving clients to enhance their self-awareness, improve communication skills and strengthen their ability to lead. She is direct, open and curious, empowering clients to grow professionally through self reflection and the application of new skills. She resides in Minneapolis, MN and in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area.
