Joy Glasser, founder of Glasser Group, Inc. holds a B.F.A. in Film Production from New York University and her Masters in Teaching from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. She is a Qualified Administrator with the International Development Inventory (IDI), guiding clients to develop and strengthen their intercultural mindset, fostering both comfort and competence with diversity. Joy serves on the Steering Committee at Allina Health and The Penny George Institute for Health and Healing developing a Mild Cognitive impairment (MCI) program set to launch in Fall of 2024. Her literary agent is currently shopping her book proposal on dementia patient care for caregivers.

With over two decades as a certified executive leadership coach and consultant, Joy has partnered with corporate clients and individuals across creative and medical industries. Her clients include Godiva Chocolate, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Politico, Simon & Schuster, Catapult Publishing, and physicians at nationally recognized health care systems at Allina Health Minneapolis, MN, Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN, Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN, and Legacy Health, Portland, OR.

Joy’s coaching approach enhances self-awareness, improve communication, and develop leadership skills in high-achieving clients. She is direct, open, and curious, guiding clients through self reflection and the application of new skills.

Drawing from her diverse background and life experiences, Joy empowers clients as they navigate and grow professionally. She resides in Minneapolis, MN.
